Gala Donations
To celebrate our expansion to a central Kitchener-Waterloo location through our new partnership with the King Street Theatre Centre, the Rainbow Reels Queer Film Festival 2008 is hosting a Red-Carpet Opening Night Gala on Thursday March 6th.
We are looking for community partners to provide food and drink for this event in exchange for exceptional exposure to a broad cross-section of the local community. Any contribution your organization can make, be it financial or through in-kind donation of hors d’oeuvres/appetizers or drinks, will be much appreciated.
Silent Auction Donations
During the Gala, a silent auction to fundraise for future festivals will be held. Any donations of auctionable items your organization can provide will be much appreciated. As well, showcasing your products and services during this event will provide excellent exposure to a broad cross-section of the community while supporting an important cause.
